Shipping Charges
We offer FREE delivery for all orders over $99. As you add items to your shopping cart you will be advised of how much more you need to spend to qualify for free delivery. Our standard delivery charge is $4.99 per order to anywhere in New Zealand. This charge is waived as soon as your order exceeds $99.
Delivery Times
All Small, Medium & Large sized parcels are delivered by Courierpost. XL parcels are delivered by PBT. These orders may take 1-2 days longer to arrive than the Courierpost delivery times outlined below which apply to most of our orders.
Our target delivery times are:
- North Island: 1-2 days
- Rural North Island: 1-3 days
- South Island: 2-3 days
- Rural South Island 3-5 days
NOTE: For XL items or at peak times (November/December) please allow 1-2 extra days in addition to the above targets, if your order is urgent please mention this in the comments box at checkout and we will prioritise it accordingly.
