Shipping Charges
We offer FREE delivery for all orders over $99. As you add items to your shopping cart you will be advised of how much more you need to spend to qualify for free delivery. Our standard delivery charge is $5.99 per order to anywhere in New Zealand. This charge is waived as soon as your order exceeds $99.
Delivery Times
All Small, Medium & Large sized parcels are delivered by Courierpost. XL parcels are delivered by Fastway couriers and exceptionally big items (i.e. Playhouses, swing sets, trampolines) are delivered by Mainfreight. These orders may take 1-2 days longer to arrive than the Courierpost delivery times outlined below which apply to most of our orders.
Our target delivery times are:
- North Island: Overnight
- Rural North Island: 1-2 days
- South Island: 2 days
- Rural South Island 3-4 days
NOTE: For XL items or at peak times (November/December) please allow 1-2 extra days in addition to the above targets, if your order is urgent please mention this in the comments box at checkout and we will prioritise it accordingly.
