Our goal at iQ Toys is to provide you with the highest quality toys at the best possible prices and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If, within 30 days of the original order, you're not satisfied with your purchase we will happily exchange the item for another one of your choice to the same value, provided it is returned in original saleable condition.

Change of Mind

If after receiving a product you decide it is not suitable or another family member has purchased the same product then you are welcome to send it back to us for exchange or for a full-refund or credit to your customer account. Please make sure that the product is in original condition and well packaged to avoid damage in transit. You will need to pay the freight for the return but we will be happy to cover the cost of sending the replacement item out to you.

Faulty or Defective Products

We try to stock the highest quality products available but recognise that sometimes a product you have purchased may not work as expected. In the first instance we recommend that you live chat or phone us on 0800 478 697 as we can hopefully offer immediate advice to resolve the problem. If we cannot easily resolve the problem then we will provide instructions for return of the item back to us.
