A 112 piece mountain themed wooden railway set. There’s lots of things to see and do within this set! Lead the train with its 3 cars up the steep mountain and down the other side, rolling over a bridge and under a tunnel. Pass through the trees and villages and stop by the crane to unload the stock. Turn around in the turntable then head back to the station.
The full contents of the set are shown in the image. When assembled, the track layout measures 123(L) x 86(W) cm.
All Big Jigs wooden rail and train accessories are compatible with other standard sized wooden train sets.

![]() | We searched and searched for a train set for our two children, we wanted something that we could add to and would last the distance. I think that this trainset is excellent value for money, I love the extra little wooden cars, houses and trees that come with it. My children are 1 and 4. When just the one year old plays we make a mini track for him, while the 4 year old likes to build a big track. Sharlee, Nelson |
![]() | After much searching for a train set for my son's second birthday I bought this on the spot as soon as I saw it. It immediately appealed to me with so many interesting features (mountains, bridge, viaduct, tunnel, turntable, and of course the very cool station building). Even having had the set for awhile we hadn't yet discovered the crane with magnet attachment that you lower down to lift the cargo off the carriages. The beauty of it is that you can set it up in a very basic configuration, and then ellaborate on it as your child grows in to it. It certainly has not disappointed; we all enjoy 'playing trains' & compared to the very basic generic sets I was looking at in local toy stores it is exceptional value for money. The only (ever so slight) criticism I would have is with the wooden track; some of the pieces seem to have a slightly rough finish. However this could be the case with most wooden train sets, I don't know. My son has since been given a Thomas engine, which fits perfectly on the track, so definitely compatible with other brands I would say. Very highly recommended. Fiona Blackmore, Auckland |
