Description
Just squeeze the handle of the dynamo for light - without the need for batteries. This torch holds its charge so you don't need to constantly squeeze the handle to obtain light.
The unique flashlight is actually an electrical generator which uses a magnetic field (and your kinetic motion) to create an electric current. It demonstrates Michael Faraday's important invention in 1831. The coloured, transparent casing of these torches means you can study the inner workings as it powers up.
Great for camping, or keeping in your car's glove box.
Features an on / off switch and a nylon carry cord. Various colours available, sold individually in assorted colours.

| I have had one of these torches in my possession for around 25 years. It works well but after a time it gets hard on your hand. I originally purchased it for tramping through the bush but found it was not really practical, however it is very handy to have if you want only short spells of light. John Taylor, |
