This is such a good lunchbox! It can take the knocks and mishandling that boys dish out, without the contents getting mashed. It is very spacious; I use the Sistema containers and can get 3 in comfortably; the sandwich, split and small & still have room for bars & fruit. In the top zippered container, I put frozen items - a Gogurt stick, Fruitz drink or a slicker pad to keep the inner compartment cool.
