I brought a Trunki for my son just before he was two years old (he is 5 now) and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It's great for traveling with, he still loves it. After a long flight, I can pull him along on it. Keeps him occupied during waits at airports. It makes him feel special having his own special luggage. Its a winner all round.
