Author Biography

Rob Burns is a leading chef and the owner of Rob's Patisserie in the heart of Ponsonby, famous for his amazing occasion cakes. Charlie Smith is the celebrated food photographer behind the superb French Cafe Cookbook, and food editor and writer Jane Turner is coordinating the project.
