"I spoke to one of your sales people last month (I do not recall her name, which is appalling because she was especially helpful - I do apologise) about getting a new set of instructions for our SET game, which we had lost and then joyfully found. Today I received in the mail, from Arizona, a set of instructions. That was wonderful - thank you so much for organising it, it is very much appreciated"
